For 501(c)(3) & Registered Nonprofits

A Technology Partner Program Built for Nonprofits

501(c)(3) and registered nonprofits across Northwest NC and Southwest VA get a single flat-rate technology partner - website, workstation support, Google Workspace administration, and ongoing tech advice - sized for small nonprofit organizations.

  • Flat-rate pricing built for a nonprofit budget - no surprise invoices.
  • One local team, not a rotating cast of vendors.
  • Built for small nonprofit teams - check your eligibility below.

What's Included

Everything a small nonprofit's technology actually needs.

Website Design & Hosting

A website your organization can point donors, volunteers, and the community to with confidence - designed, hosted, and kept running as part of the program.

Basic Workstation Technical Support

Everyday help for the computers your staff and volunteers actually use - troubleshooting, setup, and support without a per-ticket bill.

Basic Google Workspace Administration

Account setup, access changes, and day-to-day administration for your organization's Google Workspace, handled by people who already know it.

Ongoing Technology Advice

A technology partner to ask before you buy, sign, or commit to something - guidance sized for a nonprofit's budget and priorities, not an enterprise sales pitch.

Optional Add-Ons

Extra coverage, if your organization needs it.

Add-On

Social Media Administration

Optional access and security administration for your organization's primary social media pages, plus help sharing the graphics, posts, and campaigns you provide - availability is managed across our nonprofit partner network, not on-demand.

Add-On

Weekend Emergency Support

Optional weekend standby coverage for true critical outages - your website is completely down, or a critical system is inaccessible. Routine requests like password resets or minor updates are queued and handled the next business day under standard support.

Scope

A defined scope in exchange for a flat rate.

15 Users
15 Devices
1 Website
  • Support runs during standard business hours by default; weekend emergency support is available as an optional add-on.
  • Pricing is flat-rate within these caps - no line-item invoicing for day-to-day support.

Outgrown the caps above, or need a broader scope of support? Our standard Technology Partner Program covers organizations of any size, priced from a Client Snapshot of your needs instead of a flat rate.

Government-Funded? Accessibility Isn't Optional

If your nonprofit receives federal, state, or local government funding, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act requires your website to be accessible to people with disabilities - WCAG 2.1 Level AA is the standard regulators reference. We build accessibility into every site under this program from day one, not as a fix after a complaint.

Where We Support This Locally

Where We Support Nonprofits Locally

Nonprofits in Mount Airy, North Wilkesboro, and West Jefferson each rely on limited staff time, which is exactly what our Technology Partner Program is built around.
